- ➤ When a government shutdown disrupted SNAP benefits, Kalispell mom Danni Gormley created the Flathead Valley Giving Table on Oct. 26—helping over 100 families with food and donations as the group grew to more than 1,000 members. - ➤ Last Saturday, Dan Cassidy and other hunters donated game at the Olney check station through the Hunters Against Hunger program to supply North Valley Food Bank with safe wild meat.
