Here's your local news at a glance for Friday, the 26th of December.
Good morning, Kalispell.
🏘️ Community
Flathead Electric Cooperative’s Roundup for Safety Board awarded $11,250 for five local safety projects, including a $750 grant to Wildtorium (a new interactive children’s museum opening early 2026 at The Bird’s Nest on Financial Drive) for PPE and first aid supplies.
The funding supports safe, hands-on STEAM exhibits.
🎭 Culture
Flathead Beacon curated less than 50 images from over 50,000 photos taken in 2025 that capture Montana’s diverse landscapes and community moments.
