- ➤ Blacktail Mountain Ski Area in Lakeside postponed an opening originally set for Friday, Dec. 12 as warm weather delayed proper snow conditions. The resort completed trail improvements and held its Wake Up Old Man Winter Party at Tamarack Brewing, and managers will notify the public of a new opening date. KPAX
- ➤ Glacier National Park officials paused the vehicle reservation system planned for 2026 while a final decision is pending. Habitat for Humanity seeks more land for home building, a donation will fund a fishing pier in Columbia Falls next year, and officials will start extra CWD sampling on the Flathead Reservation.
