- ➤ The largest job fair in northwest Montana will be held tomorrow at the Flathead County Fairgrounds Trade Center—nearly 70 employers will offer full-time, part-time and seasonal work along with a dedicated veterans resource area for job support; the event is free to attend. KPAX
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Montana Department of Transportation and LHC Inc. will resume work on U.S. 2 from Rose Crossing to Glacier Park International Airport later this week. Crews will apply final epoxy paint markings over about one week — causing single-lane closures, reduced speed limits, and possible delays for motorists, with bump grinding postponed until 2026. - ➤ Montana's car seat law will take effect October 1 and now requires children under 8 to ride in approved car seats and those under 2 in rear-facing seats.
