The new contract sets his base salary at $187,398 and includes a 2% annual pay increase, a 2.11% cost of living adjustment beginning July 1, increased personal leave from 12 to 15 days, a vehicle allowance up to $3,960, and updated severance terms — starting at $5,000 for three years of service.
