- ➤ A Columbia Falls man, Aaron Martin McGarry, faces a petition to revoke his suspended sentence after deputies said he endangered them on Feb. 10 near Whitefish by shifting his car as they tried to stop him — he later admitted to having cocaine and has a long criminal record including a previous Kalispell arrest.
