Kalispell Public Schools approved a new two-year contract for teachers and certified staff that replaces percentage raises with flat-dollar increases—$1,050 for this school year and $700 next year.
The contract, covering around 430 employees, takes effect July 1 to meet Montana’s STARS Act requirements.
