- ➤ Casa Luna, a new fine dining restaurant from the Valera family, offers Spanish and Mediterranean-inspired dishes at 1600 U.S. 93 from Wednesday through Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m. The restaurant, which opened in December, uses local ingredients and creative tapas to bring an upscale yet relaxed dining experience (a taste of Spain in town).
