- ➤ Freshmen John Schaefer, Ryder Scott & Xavier Irby from Stillwater Christian School won first place in the state-level Presidential AI Challenge today and will join a regional Zoom interview scheduled for Saturday to present their AI project that streamlines construction schedules for the school’s expansion. - ➤ Flathead Valley Community College launched a search for a new president and seeks input via survey and forums on April 20 at 10 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. in Room 139 of the Arts and Technology building; a 14-member committee will use feedback to shape the presidential profile. Flathead Beacon

- ➤ State wildlife officials plan to add 48,000 acres to a conservation easement near the Thompson chain of lakes.
