- ➤ Governor Greg Gianforte honored Laura Gardner of Job Service Kalispell last week for her over 40 years of service to workforce development in our community, awarding her recognition with a Montana flag flown over the Capitol. - ➤ Citizens for a Better Flathead is suing county officials in Flathead County District Court over a retroactive permit issued for 776 Beach Lane (near Lion Mountain in Beaver Bay) after a May 2024 landslide damaged the lakeshore.
