- ➤ Kalispell City Council will vote tonight at City Hall on a settlement with the Flathead Warming Center that ends a yearlong fight to close the homeless shelter. The agreement will reinstate the permit and require a public apology to Director Tonya Horn — it will also cost the city $140,000 in legal fees and set new rules for cleanup and public board meetings.
