- ➤ Evergreen School District superintendent Laurie Barron said growing mental health challenges left 93 students in therapy and 29 on waitlists since October. The district partners with Greater Valley Health Center and received a state grant to boost services for students. Flathead Beacon

- ➤ Flathead Avalanche Center has issued an avalanche warning for dangerous conditions in NW Montana mountains — heavy snowfall and blowing snow are overloading a weak snowpack and increasing the risk of avalanches.
